Dear Sisters and Brothers,
What a wonderful season when we can give thanks to Our Heavenly Father for the gift of His Son, our Savior Jesus Christ! He is truly the Light of the world!
As we try to follow His example and Light the World with faith this Christmas season, we are all encouraged to invite our friends and neighbors to come with us to a special sacrament meeting on Sunday the 23rd of December where we can worship together. Talks will be centered on the Savior and the meeting will be one where all can feel welcome. This will be the only meeting held that day.
Please take time right now to consider who you can invite to this special meeting, and then contact them right away so they can reserve time on their busy holiday calendars.
As you invite your friends to this sacrament meeting, or to other events such as the Festival of Lights at the DC temple, or to events in your home, you can help others come unto Christ.
